When I had first entered the building the staff were so kind and helpful. As a newbie they helped me figure out a plan and told me how everything works. The price was affordable, which made it nice and easy (especially the payment plan). The staff were kind, caring, very very supportive and didn't do anything wrong!
I always book laser and botox with St Lukes Laser Clinics in Auckland. The team are professional attentive and also accommodate any additional requests. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I recently went into Laser Clinics New Zealand on Queen Street for skin needling and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process clearly. It was my first time having microneedling done, so I was a little nervous, but my clinician was super gentle and talked me through every step.
The clinic itself is really clean and professional, and the treatment was quicker than I expected. My skin was a bit pink straight after (as they explained it would be), but within a few days I could already see a difference in texture and glow.
I’ll definitely be back for my next session — highly recommend if you’re considering skin needling in the CBD!

Eden at the Dunedin clinic is wonderful. Shes very thorough, explains what she is doing and the products shes using. My skin feels much softer and smoother, it doesn't get dry or flakey anymore. I could almost fall asleep when shes massaging products into the skin. Regular treatments have become apart of my self care routine.
Had a really good experience today. Maia was so welcoming and friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time during the laser treatment. I felt well taken care of. Great service!
LCNZ Sylvia Park location reception is always very clean and tidy. All products and treatment options are displayed nicely. I have been visiting this location for approximately 1 year and have been very satisfied with the professional and friendly approach from all the staff. They explain each new treatment and tailor make a program to suit my needs. I would highly recommend this LC location.
