Overall it was easy to navigate the online process. I feel that you have to jump through so many hoops just to get insurance. Also I don't like the fact that you need your Bluetooth on at all times. I don't like that if you're an only driver that you need to share information on others you live with. If you've had insurance in the passed and present you shouldn't need to show that you've had it. There are many reasons why people's insurance lapse for a period of time.
Novo came in way way less than all the others.For me, that was very important.Because I am on social security disability and it's very hard to make a dollar path or a dollar stretch.So it took a lot of time to find the right insurance company.They came in the lowest, and they came in with the most coverage.I'm very excited to be covered by them.I'm very happy with the pricing and the customer service was top notch
After paying the $80 I was quoted, they tried to raise the price to over $200 because of a lapse in insurance. I called another company and was quoted significantly lower than Novo for the same policy. The whole process was so dishonest and sneaky but I guess that’s expected from an insurance company. I say pass and find something else. Or let them scam you if you want.
