I had a negative experience with customer service. The representatives were rude and dismissive. They claim to operate from the Middle East, but I have concerns about their legitimacy. I would advise against making a purchase from them.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away! There is zero customer service, no return policy, and shipping takes an excessively long time. The products are shipped from China, raising questions about the ingredients and their suitability for skin application.
I never received my order! When I contacted support, they made excuses each time, eventually claiming it was in transit, but then it wasn’t. I have requested a refund. I doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews; their social media suggests it's a total scam.
