Tarte cosmetics

Tarte cosmetics has seriously gone down hill. Part of my order was missing and after numerous AI responses managed to eventually receive a part refund . I would think very carefully before ordering from this company .

What has happened to Tarte?

What has happened to Tarte ?, never used to have problems ordering from their website to be shipped to UK. Twice now I haven't received items and had to request a refund , which was processed.I have thousands of points which will now go to waste as I wont be ordering no more !

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is appalling. My order never arrived so I was told if it hadn't arrived by the end of the next day I would get a refund. It didn't arrive so I contacted them to ask for the promised refund only to be told they couldn't refund me because their tracking said shipped. Not delivered, shipped!!
