I contacted NEOM when our mini pod, which we had only had 8 months, stopped working. We were given some tips on what we could try to rectify the problem and contacted them again when the problem persisted.
NEOM responded quickly to our emails and after satisfying themselves that our problem was genuine, offered us a replacement mini pod.
We found the communication and customer service excellent- couldn’t fault anything.
Unfortunately our pod stopped working properly so I contacted the company and they were so good. I was asked to try a few things to see if it would rectify the problem. Non of these worked so they are sending me a new pod. Absolutely delighted

Additionally, I don't have many conversations daily since I live alone, so chatting and laughing with her truly brightened my day. She is a genuine asset to the company, and I ended the call with a big smile. It was clear she cared about me and my situation, rather than just going through the motions. I purchased a gift set for my mother in-store in November for Christmas. When she opened it on Christmas day, we found that it contained tester items that were empty or used. I reached out via email on Christmas, and within an hour, I received a response from a representative named Emily, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. After I provided photos, she arranged for replacements, and my mother was thrilled to receive them. Outstanding customer service, especially with such a quick response on Christmas day! ☺️
It's hard to believe this situation. I placed an order, but was informed of a delivery delay ten days ago, with no updates since. I reached out for a refund, but the representative was dismissive, citing Christmas delays. They offered a replacement for the next day, which I accepted, but then faced another delay! I want a refund as my emails have gone unanswered. This experience has changed my loyalty. A kind representative assured me of a refund if my order isn't delivered today, highlighting the importance of courteous customer service. Training for the earlier representative might be beneficial.
Received only 1 item out of 9. The box was thin and split. I sent 4 emails asking about a replacement and requested a callback, which never happened. No tracking provided as the courier claimed delivery. The most costly diffuser ever 🤪
