I gave the company a second chance, I placed an order 30th of January, the AI in the website says the order is still processing, not even shipped it after 20 days. The customer service don't even reply to my emails. The worst customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Do not order from this company! I placed an order on November 30th for 3 products. Each of those products had a delivery date window of 10-14 days. It’s now the end of January and I still don’t have the products. I’ve been emailing with the company for about a month to now, and they have not been helpful. They just keep directing me to the shippers website saying it’s on the way. I’ve asked for them to cancel the order and they refuse to cancel it, rather they keep offering me discounts on future orders. I will never order from this company again! STAY AWAY!
Items were delivered to address on time. From that location it took awhile because the service into Mexico (my forwarding company) takes awhile at times. Items look great and performed as described. Just had my first Long Black using the new tools. There was a definite improvement in the taste. Will get better with time. Thanks Lastaforest.
