Avoid this service! It feels like a complete scam. They lack transparency regarding the call-out fee. The initial £60 is merely for the technician to enter your home. After that, you must agree via email to pay for an assessment, which means that even before any work is done, the total charge can reach nearly £400! I am planning to file a complaint about this service and report them through whatever means possible.
