Absolutely adore Latest in Beauty edits. Always jam packed with fabulous skincare, haircare, makeup, bodycare and beauty tools. They are such good value for money. The customer service is fantastic, whenever I’ve had an issue it’s been sorted out promptly by the lovely team. I was sent a discount code for £28 off plus free p&p but when I tried to use it, it only deducted £26. I contacted their support team who advised that they had made a mistake in sending me an email saying £28 and they would not honour it. What a money grabbing company who were not willing to give the extra £2 that they had originally offered, I was going to spend around £140 on their Beauty Calendar but will now go somewhere else to buy one
Purchased a beauty box which did arrive in good time. However one product had been changed for a bar of soap, much cheaper than the body butter I had asked for.Customer service did apologise and said it might have been a technical error at their end but that was that!Took the soap to the charity shop.
After being a subscriber for many years I was initially disappointed when they stopped offering the subscriber monthly box. I enjoyed choosing my products and was hesitant to continue. But I have been pleasantly surprised. The boxes are great value for money and I have bought many edits twice over in some cases. They are well worth the cost and are great for gifts and my family and friends have all benefited. Its nice that Latest in Beauty appreciate it's loyal customers (which is rare now) by offering 15% discount on all boxes and further offers are always available. I even received a free Box with one offer !

I’ve just received my latest LIB box What’s Hot Summer Edition & I’m so excited! I love the fact that I can buy when I want to without committing to a regular monthly subscription, as it makes getting the box feel like a perfect gift to myself. We offer a personalised subscription service whereby customers can pick 6 products to try each month for just £12.95 from our Beauty Counter.
