I loved my last LIB box 😍The Dupe or Rival edition was brilliant value for money, and there were some amazing products in there, including the Moroccan Rose facial oil which is a firm favorite of mine, and the perfume oil smells absolutely gorgeous, perfect for Autumn 🍂

Best quality and value for beauty

The only negative thing I have to say is I wish I'd known about this retailer earlier. I only found out about them a few months ago, and I have purchased several hauls. So happy, the best value and great quality. If you haven't tried these, you will be blown away when your box arrives. You won't regret it.

Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company. The customer service I received from “Taylor” is terrible and actually quite rude. I have ordered three boxes from them, one which had a product missing and on the last occasion they sent the wrong box. I asked them to send out what I had actually ordered and they expect me to go to the trouble of posting the wrong box back then uploading proof before they will even consider send out what I ordered in the first place. I am truly shocked at the way I have been treated and will never buy from this sham of a company again. They obviously couldn’t care less about their customers. That's all well and good Tina but I live 10 miles from the nearest post office and don't drive. How am I meant to return an item I did not request without it costing me a lot of money and time? When a decent company makes an error they would arrange for delivery of the item the customer did not order and send out what they did order. It terrible customer service. I did not order or want the box but it is now up to me to go out of my way to put your mistake right.

OMG and still LiB are not reading the problem correctly.I DID NOT change address, the delivery was made to an incorrect address YOUR ERROR.I did try to contact you-no phone available, and despite explaining very clearly the problem they still blamed me.

Received item two weeks from expiry date

I recently received a box that contained a hair care product that was only two weeks away from its expiry date. I can only get a few uses out of it before it expires, and it was one of the higher value items in the box.

I LOVE your boxes sooo much!

I LOVE your boxes sooo much! I've been buying them for years! I don't know how you sell such amazing products for so cheap! In over 6 years of regular orders I only had 1 idem missing from a box. I emailed customer service and they send me the missing item. Thank you! You're amazing!
