I made an order in Mid-November. The order was delivered to a pickup point in another city after DPD claimed they attempted to deliver it to my place. However, no "not@home" card was in my mailbox, therefore I don't know the address of the pickup point. After several attempts to contact the customer service by online forms, email, Instagram PM, Facebook PM, and Instagram comments (unfortunately, there is no customer service phone line...), I finally got a reply: The Inkey List claimed that the parcel had been returned because the address was incorrect (which is not true and also not what was written on DPD tracking service).I gave The Inkey List a new chance, and they shipped the parcel one more time. DPD did the exactly same thing: no delivery attempt has been made, although they claim so, and the parcel is in a pickup point on another city (and I don't know its address).I am proceeding to ask for the full refund of my order, as it has been one month I placed it. I will never again buy any product from the EU The Inkey List website. Furthermore, I strongly recommend other people to avoid this website too. The customer service is terribly slow and the delivery company is not reliable.
My order was lost and off the radar for almost a month. I checked (emailed) in after a week (the shipping said 3-5 days but I am used to late shipping so I just waited) and the employee was so nice to me, reassuring that the order would be shipped soon. So, a month passes and I decide to email again. Apparently my order was never sent to the next stage of processing. The online staff are lovely, I was just annoyed that I couldn't have my new skincare for the New Year.I was kindly offered either a refund, or for the package to be processed and sent out.
I have several products:Salicylic acid cleanser - good one. Like it. Helped with my body acne.Glycolic acid toner - same. It's a good one.Vit C 30% - wish I bought the other with the ECG or something. This one gave me a pretty bad chemical burn, breakouts galore (the bad, inflamed kind), and the texture is just so horrible. I have the urge to constantly touch my face because it feels like there's something on it. I did mix it with hyaluronic acid as recommended but nope, the awful texture and the burns were still present (as in - I waited for the initial burns to heal obviously), not going onto my skin anymore.
