When my order arrived it was too small. I made contact with the seller. Initially it took a few days to get a reply but once I did there was no problem getting a bigger size. I explained I needed it for a certain date and they sent it straight away arriving a week before the function. The outfit is beautiful. I love it. Great fabric , colour and style. Will definitely buy from them again. Thank you
I bought a brown jumpsuit to wear for Thanksgiving. I was worried that I ordered a medium and not a small but the problem is is the reverse. I normally would wear a small, but the medium is incredibly small such a waste of time and money dealing with this company. I’m waiting for one more suede dress to come and I’m done never again.
The order I received has a problem with the sizes it is not fit and it took long time to receive I contacted them to make return and get refund they said I have to pay the coast this is not acceptable most of the companies they did it on their ownBut the customer service is very good and they do their best to help them
I’ve ordered from Lavechic 3 separate times now, and each time, my order came a lot earlier than expected and was amazing quality, from the fabric, to stitching. They have an amazing assortment of items. Everything I’ve ever ordered was for a formal setting (either weddings or charity galas) and received endless compliments each time I wore a Babyboo piece. I’ve recommended this shop to a few of my family and friends.

If I could I would give 0 star!!!!!!! The site is misleading and the clothes come from China. Horrible quality and not the clothing that you ordered and saw on their website. They make sure that you cannot return without paying for the return and you cannot guarantee that the item will get back to China. When I received the product which took a long time they had a return address from Cailfornia. Very misleading!! They definitely have a scam system down. Unfortunately this happened to me and all they offered was something like a 10% refund and a coupon for 30% off their site. NEVER EVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN!!!
The item I received was different than what I ordered. However, it was true to size and fit me. Lin Lin answered all my messages in a timely manner and took care of my questions promptly. She was very helpful. She gave me a discount.
If there was a zero star, I would have picked that. They have quite the scam going. So, the clothes are probably worth nothing. Horribly made. What you see on the site is nothing like what you get. The return policy isn't really that. That is where the scam comes in. You have a choice to pay for all of the shipping back to China (which is more than the product is even worth) or you can take a 20% partial refund. They know that everyone is going to do that, so they get 80% of the money and the clothes are basically made of paper. It is so sad that there are people who just love to take advantage of others. This is what Lavechic does. Don't go anywhere near this website.
