This company was once my favorite for leggings and workout wear. I would order consistently but in 2025 they dropped the ball totally. No customer service at all with calls, emails, and they don't refund your money if you return anything. They take your money and use it to make the product and then you wait months before delivery. And forbid if you want to return you are out of luck. You send it back and they keep your money. This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional brand now. Beware of the scammers. They are running on toxic fumes.
Do not buy their products. I ordered over three hundred dollars in merchandise over two months ago. They already took my money and have sent nothing. I am trying to get my money back and getting legal help. They keep taking orders from people that do are unaware of what will happen. Do not buy from this company. Your money will be gone. They will not give you a refund. This is a bad investment. Beware !!!
Have ordered from them for years and love their leggings. Something is very wrong recently. Previous order was early in the year and it took about a month. Have placed an order two months ago but nothing has showed up. Emailed customer service twice and was reassured that my order was going to be prioritized. Absolutely nothing has happened. They advertise sales daily now which never happened in the past. Their products went on sale once or maybe twice a year. Definitely something has happened to this company. Do not order!
I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years but sadly this company must be struggling now, I placed an order in September, no response, no leggings. They took the money immediately so I consider it stealing at this point. They also send me emails daily trying to sell more and offer bigger and bigger discounts. Do not order!

I have continued reaching out, asking for a refund, and they simply do not answer.I have never experienced this kind of customer service with any other brand. This has honestly been the worst experience. I’m extremely disappointed and just want my money back.

I have now ordered many times over the years, and last 2 orders were terrible. last one the wrong item arrived and no-one responded to my many emails. I could not wear the pants. Now, I ordered 10 weeks ago, 2 pairs of pants, and no word on where my order is! What has happened to this company??? DO NOT order from them. They are very expensive
