Beware of misleading practices

I was contacted by a sales representative asking for more money before I could receive the item due as part of my subscription. They presented many products as 'free,' but upon closer inspection, I realized I was being charged every 30 days while only receiving products every 45 days. This feels like a scam. They reached out only after taking money from my account and claimed I wasn't entitled to a refund or the product after I canceled my subscription. High-pressure sales tactics make a bad deal sound appealing. I suggest avoiding this company entirely.
