I was very disappointed as I got phone call ref free skin care products they told me it’s free but u only had to pay £5 for delivery but unaware they taken £31 out of my bank 2 months later anyone else had this bad experience from them
The product is of excellent quality, it has improved my skin and is silky smooth to apply, not greasy. The custom service has always been very helpful, even suggested a few things to try, I have been using the face cream for nearly 2 years. I’ve been using Lavie Labs for a little while now and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The Matinika cream feels absolutely lovely on my skin — rich but not heavy, and it leaves my face soft and refreshed all day. I have struggled for years to find affordable skin care that actually does what it claims to do. Now in my mid 50s I finally have. I have been a subscriber to Lavie Labs for at least a year or two now. I love their products but mostly I love the customer service. Every time I've needed to skip a delivery I have emailed them and I get a same day response every single time and they have immediately stopped the delivery and refunded me. It feels personal, theyre polite (Wendy) and very accomodating. As long as this wonderful service continues, ill forever subscribe. Happy customer 😊
