The quality of the clothing I’ve purchased has consistently been outstanding. I’ve also experienced excellent customer service, with prompt email responses and a quick, effective resolution to an issue I faced, despite it being no fault of theirs.
I made a mistake with my order, and the representative in customer service was incredibly nice about it. She arranged a refund and even returned the delivery fee though it was my mistake. She replied immediately and was very kind. I’ll definitely be shopping here again; it’s been a while since I received such good service!
