The boots advertised as 'leather' were actually made of cheap plastic. The support team was unhelpful with the refund process and requested photos instead. I reported the issue to my credit card company. After several weeks, they are now offering a significant discount, but I have no intention of ordering from them again.

Disappointing Fabric Quality

The order arrived three weeks late. The 'cotton blend' felt more like polyester. I may try to return it if the shipping cost isn't prohibitive, but based on other reviews, I probably won't bother and will lose $196. I've learned my lesson about ordering from unknown websites.
