After more than three years with them, I've noticed a sharp decline in quality this year. The custom units no longer fit properly and are shedding excessively. My stylist mentioned that other customers are facing similar issues and suggested trying a different provider. I'm much more satisfied now. It's puzzling why reviews aren't available on Google.

Initially, it seemed acceptable, but within a week, the hairline became very noticeable and unattractive. I was informed that I could style it like regular hair, but after a month, it's become quite challenging. Sleeping with it causes a messy look by morning. I've started wearing hats to hide the cheap appearance that makes it obvious I'm wearing a wig. Instead of gaining confidence, I feel I've wasted a lot of money. I'm really let down.
