Review Time
I think this is a dishonest company. I used their website to pay £1.59 to download a legal form. The following week they took £34.90 from my bank account as I had apparently, with no knowledge or agreement from myself, entered into a subscription with them. Trying to access my 'account' (which I didn't set up) online is impossible and my only recourse has been to block further debits. I am now trying to have the £34.90 returned but am not hopeful. Be very, very careful, I believe they may be operating far from legally.
I used the tenancy agreement template. Even though it was not free, as advertised on the web result, it only cost £1.59. Unfortunately I did not realise that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I contacted them through the online chat and explained the situation and they agreed to refund the subscription payment straight away.
Got caught out in the small print. Who would have thought a legal company catching you out with a monthly fee 7 days after using there services. Very disappointing but not surprised beware when using this service. Cancel before the end of 7days. Bunch of robbing barstools
