The service and support I received from Lawstop, particularly from Bruna, was exemplary.My son has just been granted an EHCP following 1.5 years of an appeal process. Lawstop were the only company who took on our case via legal aid.Bruna was fantastic throughout. LawStop, especially Bruna, has helped change my daughters life! Thanks to them we won our tribunal, not only getting the specialist independent education setting we wanted, but also getting all the correct levels of therapies and support. It was a long hard process (over a year) and one that we know we couldn't have got through without Bruna and the education team. We went to LawStop when the LA issued my daughter with a completely inadequate EHCP. Bruna was amazing from the off, she was polite, calm, understanding and determined! She helped us remember how valid our fight was, and helped us believe it was achievable. It was such a relief to leave everything to Bruna to deal with, she kept us updated throughout, sending regular emails and arranging video calls when needed. She stuck to all deadlines and made sure we had everything we possibly needed, she even arranged for an up to date private SALT report to be done! Every time we spoke to Bruna we felt heard, she reassured us and listened to what we wanted. She was completely committed and really took the time to understand our daughter, which was important for making sure we could get her the best possible support. Nothing was too much trouble, not even when we changed the appeal to include section I! Due to disabilities, I needed my mum present during important calls, this wasn't a problem to Bruna and she made sure my mum could be there as a supporter for me during the tribunal too. The tribunal prep Bruna did was fantastic, the document she produced made it so easy for us at the tribunal to follow along and answer any points correctly. On the day we felt prepared and ready, thanks to the previous few days prep we had with Bruna. We definitely got the best outcome possible, and we cannot thank Bruna or the rest of LawStop enough.
