Customer service is the best. I was missing a box and they quickly located the box the next day.Can the company attach some Velcro on the cushions to prevent them from moving? Thank you. I love my 11 piece set. I gave it a 4 due to the fact that the cushions don’t stay.
Product arrived in a timely manner. Instruction manual and accessories all label properly. Looks to be a good product. Only complaint is couple of the cushions were a little smashed up from delivery. Giving it a few days so hopefully they reshape a little.
Was pleased overall with the set. Assembly was easy for the most part, the wicker was good except had a couple spots that were slightly damaged. Not bad enough for a return. I would’ve rated it a four or five star if they had better quality material for the cushions. The cushion material was not the greatest. This is a good set for the price and if they had higher quality material for the cushions, I would’ve bought a second set. But I am happy with what I bought for the price that I paid. Use better cushion material and I’m sure you would have more sales. I certainly would’ve bought more if the material was better quality. Oh yeah, last thing; sending the little Allen wrench ratchet was great! If you would’ve just sent a regular Allen wrench to do all that work it would’ve been frustrating. So good job there.
