At Nagle I experienced excellent customer service, got a lovely quality engineered floor at a very reasonable price, in comparison with 5 other companies. Communication and advice was first rate: Lee at Nagle Flooring helped me through the selection process of my new floor with kindness and evident knowledge of their products. Delivery was very convenient and when asked for, and the boards were in tiptop condition on delivery, and the driver was also very kind. I would definitely recommend them and will repeat order when necessary. Thank you!

Nice easy transaction. Delivered on time, good quality flooring and reasonable price. I spent a little more on the Select grade 20/6 engineered oak flooring and I'm very pleased with the result. I added 10%to the order to allow for cutting and was left with only one full strip left over, so if you have an awkward shaped room, don't under order. Nagle answer the phone promptly and don't build any get out clauses into the transaction. All the strips supplied were of usable standard. Beware those suppliers who think you should accept a percentage of rubbish in the cutting allowance.
Recommend. We have been very cautious when choosing the flooring company as read many negative feedbacks. We have chosen Nagel, because if anything goes wrong at least they are in Lonodn and we know where to go to sort things out, but everythign went very smoothly.I have placed the order on Monday afternoon, received delivery on Thursday on time. I have requested that they call me 1 hour before arrival and they did. Delivery kerbside only, so you need friends to help you carry it inside. The flooring is good quality, the carpenter had no problems installing it. Looks great, I wish I could attache the picture. We have ordered NATH4006. This is selective flooring meaning that it suppose to have no knots or black marks and I am happy that it did not. Of cause some boards are slightly lighter, some are darker, but we have decided to lay it mixed. Out of 45 boxes roughly 1.5 boxes carpenter set aside as boards would not fit perfectly, meaning would have a few mm gap between them, but to me it is reasonable amount of waste.
The quality of wood I received is excellent and the service was quick.I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I had a 6 hour delay on the day in delivery after making a few phone calls.I think this was a problem of the local transport company that resides at Preston. I also ordered beadings and nossings waiting to be delivered next week.Shaun was quite helpful over the phone.
