After assembling it, there was an issue with the frame. Kamal had a new one sent out very quickly. The new one is perfect. I really love the rebounder! The customer service was stellar. I wouldn’t hesitant to purchase from Leaps and Rebounds again. Thank you.
I have been very pleased with Leaps & Rebounds rebounder and their customer service as well.One of the mat supports had broken off after a year and a half of daily rebounding. I emailed L&P customer service warranty to have my mat replaced and I received a quick response via email from Kamal Dhawan (a rep), and he confirmed I would receive my new replacement mat within 2 to 4 weeks. His communications with me have been spot on and very helpful, and speedy. I highly recommend Leaps & Rebounds for your rebounder (mini trampoline) purchase. 👍
I upgraded from a small spring rebounder to the 48" Leaps and Rebounds. I was unsure about the size but very glad I opted for the 48". My not great balance and uncoordinated self likes the extra 'travel' space. I also appreciate the cover over the bungees that many brands do not have. Best of all, I ordered on a Tuesday, received it on Thursday!! Amazing. Love it!
I received my L&R 48" as a gift in 5/24 from my daughter. After 1 year of use I had 2 bungees break. I am 60 years old and 145lbs. I use it 5-6 times a week. After 14 months, the mat tore away from the edge while I was jumping. I reached out to them and they said they would send a replacement mat. After about 2 weeks I got back in touch as I heard nothing. Then they said it was not purchased from an authorized seller, so I had to purchase the replacement mat, so I did, then I find out I had to buy the bungees separately. I have a JumpSport that i have had 5 years and have had no issues. I like the size and bounce of the L and R much better. I am hopeful I will not have to buy another mat or more bungees.
We bought a replacement mat for our trampoline. Our 13 year old uses it, and she ripped it in 2 spots (she is 120lbs, incase that matters). Ordered a new mat and the charge to ship to Canada was 100$USD. Expected that to be via fedex or UPS but it was just USPS! Package was not heavy at all, so not sure how much of a profit they made off the shipping. (Shipping for 2 mats was the same as for just one so we ordered 2 because we anticipate it breaking again..)
I bought this cover for a 48" rebounder of a different brand and it still fits perfectly. It's clearly of high quality, my cats love to lay and play on it, but most importantly, it helps my rebounder blend better decoratively in the room. I have a small house so my rebounder only fits in the living room and I hated the look of a piece of exercise equipment sticking out like a sore thumb. This was a perfect solution.
