I’ve completed both a Level 2 and a Level 3 course through Learning Curve Group and really enjoyed both experiences. The learning materials were clear and engaging, the course tutors were supportive, and the online chat made it easy to get help whenever I needed it.The whole process—from studying to receiving my certificate—was smooth and straightforward. Delays in responding to queries and accessing tutor support have been a major concern and a significant barrier to achieving personal goals. This is particularly frustrating for candidates who have set clear targets to progress in their careers.The organisation should take full responsibility for ensuring that only dedicated and responsive tutors are recruited to support candidates. Success should not be measured solely by enrolment numbers or financial gain, but by the number of candidates who successfully achieve their goals, with effective learning support being central to that success.

There is no space for self-funded students to indicate they are funding themselves, at the point of filling the checklist at registration. This is after payment and it's concerning, especially for students whose visas indicate no access to public funds.

I completed my Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice with Learning Curve Group and had a positive experience. The course was well organised and useful for my work in housing. My tutor, Jacqueline Gillespie, was very supportive and always responded quickly when I needed help. I was told my certificate would arrive within 6–8 weeks, but it has taken longer than expected and I’m still waiting. Clearer updates on timelines would improve the overall experience.
