I’ve completed both a Level 2 and a Level 3 course through Learning Curve Group and really enjoyed both experiences. The learning materials were clear and engaging, the course tutors were supportive, and the online chat made it easy to get help whenever I needed it.
The whole process—from studying to receiving my certificate—was smooth and straightforward. The support throughout the courses was excellent, and it made learning genuinely enjoyable.

I needed to build my safeguarding knowledge for a trustee treasurer role, and the Learning Curve Understanding Safeguarding and Prevent course was exactly what I was looking for. It covered a lot of ground, was fully online, and the time‑limited structure helped me stay focused while still fitting around other commitments.My tutor, Julia, was supportive throughout and kept me on track. A really useful and well‑run course.
Whilst the customer service team do their best to help, the company's operational processes are appalling. Just getting into my course, getting the correct dates set on it and trying to find a time my tutor wasn't busy was so much harder than it needed to be. Then, when I finally started the course, the induction quiz posed multiple choice options which didn't even have the correct options. And the customer service team seemed to think offering to do it for me, rather than fix the mess, was the way forward. All in all, this lot are a bunch of cowboys.
I completed the level 2 Retail course. The customer service was very good. I could not fault my tutor and the customer services helpline.The course material was easy to follow however it was out of date in at least 2 areas.The questions in the assessment were excessive and detailed answers required which was completely over the top for a level 2 course. I believe this course level needs to be looked at again as it is alot of work for what is supposed to be entry level qualification.
Several times I have attempted to apply for a Level 3 Cyberseucirty course.However, this time I beleived following all the requirements and providing all the information I was given a course and started on it. But, 24 hours later all my course data was removed and just an email from the college to advise I was outside funding scope!If applying for a level 3 it would be better to have more information and guidance.Have to admit this is the first time had to leave a bad review for this company as usually have a good experience!
