Poor customer service, quick to take your money but offer no assistance in resolving problem's, would not recommend using learn signal! I had cancelled my membership earlier in the year prior to renewal, however, in October I was again charged £199 for another year of subscription. I had initially requested to cancel my subscription from the "my account" options. It stated that it was then pending cancellation. Fast forward two and a half weeks and the cancellation is still pending. I then used the chat function to request an update on my case and provided my email address. I am yet still to hear back. I have called the UK telephone which no longer is valid, and when ringing the Dublin number, I get no answer. It has now been 6 weeks and I am still £199 worse off and no luck in getting a response from Learn Signal team.
I’ve been struggling to study on my own. I couldn’t afford the expensive online classes. The resources are great. I’ve started on the lectures and they are easy to understand. Emily in support has been helping me any time I don’t understand something.

Learning signal is great! There are loads of resources to help with your studies. There is also a whats app group for students to help each other and share experiences. Only down side that I have found, is on the boot camp questions you can’t always see the working outs if you have the question wrong.
