Review Time
Ordered item on the 8th of November 2025. Until the 25th of February 2026 still haven't recieved the order. No help from the customer service team after I've sent an email multiple times. Worst experience I have ever had when buying online.
Trustpilot you are just as bad as this scam of a company , when they answer a review it’s the same generic reply that anybody who has done an unfavourable review gets , six months these scammers have been messing me about aided and abetted with Trustpilot , I got an email telling me they are still looking into my situation some six months later , it’s nonsense and you are nonchalant in allowing them a platform to rip people off , they still have my money and I have the wrong product the wrong colour which they have agreed with , but six months still getting nowhere with these con artists .
SCAM. First, they sent me the wrong colour, then told me to try the different shade (based on my answers, they said they sent me a more suitable shade). I followed the instructions - massage it in, wait 30 mins, then rinse. This is just gunk that sits on your head then washes straight out. I tried waiting a bit longer, too, but it just rinses right out. I asked for a refund via email and they said they'd pass it to some other department or "formally escalated and remains under internal review" even though the website promises 30-days risk free, since customers can get a no-questions-asked refund. When I followed up my emails are returned as "undeliverable" meaning they probably blocked me to avoid a refund. STAY AWAY.
Rubbish service, they keep attempting to take payment and won’t allow the cancellation of the subscription which was set up without my confirmation - have requested they cancelled my subscription a number of time and they said they can’t - stay clear shocking service
Trustpilot you do know by giving Lefron a a platform to look like a professional company providing a service you are complicit and aiding and abetting people getting ripped off , I don’t believe you care or follow up and the issues raised in your platform , please confirm , will you take up issues with Lefron on behalf of the people who have written reviews, again please confirm.
I would give ZERO or even negative stars. Absolute scam! Don’t waste your money. You will be shipped a different product from China which costs a fraction of the price and they will claim it’s the same product in a different packaging. No refunds and will email with same bs all the time.
I ordered the package after seeing their ad on facebook and instagram. Whatever they are saying is totally wrong. It is crap. I also asked them to provide me the refund but they blocked me (I am not even able to send them an email now as they blocked me).For those from EU, we have this European Union 14 day cooling off period in this we can ask for return/refund with no questions asked.
