I have ordered a product throught gems mines using the snapmint payment gateway and the money got deducted while my order never placed. After even writing so many customer help complaint they didn't even reply anyone. I have the online payment receipt even send them too but they never respond. Just snatching your money through attractive schemes.
Strong Negative ReviewEven after paying your EMI on the due date via the link their system shared on their reminder SMS, the payment got credited to the FEB 2026 EMI, and I have been harassed for non-payment for January since Sunday the 4th Jan. The emails and messages had been threatening legal actions, ruining my CIBIL score, etc.I even furnished the PAYTM Screenshot on your website under the EMI FAQs on Monday, but the SMSs continued.
