At the beginning, it was a little bit rocky with getting the proper information but after working with Angel, everything went smooth the communication went fine. She took care of me very well and I’m grateful for that and I appreciate the time that she did provide to me and her patience.
When I was shopping for a headstone, the descriptions were very easy to navigate and browse through. It was also extremely easy to customize the engraving. However at checkout, it does not show the final inscription so that I can confirm the engraving details(in case something goes wrong).
The process to design and buy a headstone is very easy. Once I picked the engravings and payed for the headstone, they sent me a design proof which customized the engravings so all the letters would fit better. I appreciated that a lot.The price is reasonable especially considering that shipping was free. It arrived well packed and it took about 3 weeks to receive from the date of order. Overall I’d highly recommend these guys, even though it seems they use a lot of AI in their product photos and advertisements.
Product looks good and hopefully turns out good. The ordering process was a little confusing for an old man but hopefully I got it right. The sample kept calling for a picture to be uploaded but did not want this. Hopefully spot is just left blank but it did not show me proof to look at.
