Review Time
I’ve been a client with a large sum of money invested in district rate since 2020. As of April 2025, the distributions stopped because of a company short fall. I have lost a lot of money since them, and while they provide intermittent emails to indicate of what they’re trying to do to remedy the situation, there has still been no movement after one year. Even if I wanted to withdraw my investment, I would be unable because apparently they have no available funds. I have one other REIT as well, which has not experienced the same problems that district REIT has. I would not be fooled to invest with them ever again. It really sucks to have to consider all of this money lost.
