My wife and I stayed at a local hotel for a nearby appointment. The TV reception was very poor, and the front desk acknowledged that many guests had similar complaints. Additionally, the toilet seat was damaged and the sink barely functioned. The room was clean but felt cramped due to the large furniture. We do not intend to return.

Warning: Refund Policy Issues

Caution! They will not honor their refund guarantee. I booked a stay at a hotel near the airport earlier this year through a booking site for a future stay. Due to family illness, I needed to cancel. The website has since shut down, and the hotel refuses to refund me, citing that I booked through a third-party site. Communication has been terrible, with ignored emails, and they won't even confirm they have my payment! Be cautious, they will take your money without offering a refund!

I had to cancel my trip due to a government shutdown. The hotel gave me the runaround regarding my refund because I booked through a third-party service. Caution Regarding Booking Policies
