My family wanted to go on cruise for the first time and we need a travel agent that was understanding and patient to able accommodate a group of 27 people on cruise and Waggy exceed our expectations. He took his time to talk with us and plan our vacation accordingly.He was also always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had during the planning process.
Had an awesome time on my 11-day trip to Australia. Everything worked out well, was well coordinated to include access to local travel experts in every city I visited. Mr. Lange is a true top-notch professional and answered any questions I had (and I had MANY!). He was patient with me amid the myriad of changes I made, I'm thankful for his guidance through the entire process.
What made my experience great was the fact that I didn't have to worry about anything because all the small details were planned by this travel agency and he was constantly checking in with me via message to see if everything was going well or if I need any help.I highly recommend them 👌 and I will definitely used them for my next trip.
