As mentioned previously, this service has extremely poor customer support, disregarding refund requests. I managed to recover my funds through a bank dispute. If you haven't received your item within a month, initiate a bank dispute for a refund. I also found the item elsewhere and believe customization can be done through that platform. Look for similar listings to find options.

Complete scammers. I paid for an item that was never sent. I contacted them on social media, and they made false promises about shipping it soon (it’s been 11 weeks!). When I asked for a tracking number, they claimed there wasn’t one and then stopped replying. They delete my comments on their posts and ignore me. They drop ship from overseas and sell at inflated prices, acting like a luxury brand. Please steer clear.

This is a 100% scam. I still haven't received my order after more than a month. I emailed and messaged them on social media; they keep citing unexpected delays due to high demand. Very disappointing—please do not purchase from this company. I found the same design available elsewhere for much less.
WARNING: Fraudulent company! They took my payment immediately on September 19th, and since then, I've received nothing. No delivery date, tracking details, or communication, and ultimately, no product. I've emailed them numerous times, only to be told they’re working on providing tracking information. I've had much better experiences ordering from other platforms. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed!
