After doing research I then needed to call up and discuss a specific item. After calling the company the wait was minimal. The agent had a great phone manor and was direct and definitive after listening to my questions providing direct simple to understand answers to enable me to make a decision upon purchasing an item. Not pushy to buy item and just ran thru pros and cons of product.
Shipping was fast and I was very impressed.
After a short time testing the item I purchased its better then I thought it would be and reading certain reviews of the item with some customers saying the product doesn't do this and that; I can see that is user error as I got it working as it should. On this occasion the positive reviews are more accurate if you take time to understand the product. I would order thru this company again Leo office supplies as they have exceeded my expectations in regards to my communications with them.

The only thing that didn't work 100% was Brother's website when I attmpted to put in my code to gain 3 years warranty but that was also rectified in good time
