However, the company unexpectedly changed the insurance provider and without any notification, reduced our credit limit to zero. Despite several emails, we received no responses. Their lack of professionalism and reliability is deeply disappointing.

They then demanded the remaining balance be paid within a week via an automated email, and charged me £70 for a 'late payment' (?!?). They have stopped responding to all my calls and emails to clarify the situation, and they don't even provide a phone number. This is totally unacceptable, and I am considering legal action if I don't receive a prompt response.
I purchased a cake display case, which turned out to be defective. Neither the seller nor the service provider replied to my emails, and no one was available by phone. I attempted to reach out almost daily for four weeks. They seemed only interested in my payment, disregarding whether the unit was faulty or not. A response would have been appreciated.
