My Audi A5 was booked in for a 4 wheel refurbishment with the wheels being repainted in the original gloss back finish with a diamond cut detail to the rims. On collection, I immediately noticed a very obvious blemish on one wheel. Made Lepsons aware and immediate repair was undertaken. I then found a minor blemish on another wheel which was polished out. I put my point of view across to the manager that I felt the blemish was so obvious it should not have left the workshop like it for me to find. Whoever painted the wheels, whoever fitted the tyres to the hubs and whoever fitted the wheels to the car should have seen the blemish. The point of view was accepted but there was little in the way of apology. I have another car which I would like the wheels refurbished on but would have to think carefully about using lepsons again.
