Warning: Untrustworthy Service. I purchased the capsules once, and suddenly I was charged again a month later for a subscription I never signed up for. Within three hours of the charge, I contacted them to cancel the order. They replied four days later, stating it was too late because the order had already shipped (they come from overseas), and they offered me a 25% discount or suggested returning the capsules upon arrival. In the end, I had to request a chargeback since they refused to refund my money otherwise. Exercise caution, as this service appears questionable. Read the reviews carefully; if they're untrustworthy in these matters, I can't help but wonder about the quality of the capsules.
The ordering process went smoothly. While purchasing the product, you do sign up for a subscription, but you can easily modify this option in your account if that doesn’t suit your needs. As for the results, I’m two months in and my hair is starting to grow back, with new baby hairs showing up all over. I still notice some hair loss while washing and drying, but it’s not in large amounts. I would say I’m now losing the typical daily amount like most people.
This company really needs to eliminate the automatic subscription feature. I received my order after waiting six weeks, and then I got an email stating that I had agreed to a subscription without any option to opt-in or out. I won’t be placing another order.
