Review Time
Truthfully I am not sure exactly how I got the membership. I have bought a few things online recently and perhaps signed up for something accidently. When I contacted level frenzy they were very quick to help solve my confusion and also let me know that the subscription was canceled. They also sent a follow up email. I feel much better. I appreciate how quick and helpful they were. I wish all companies were this awesome.
This is actually Shein in disguise! Do NOT trust them. I went to purchase a mystery box for $9.99 plus one extra for $4.99 total = $14.98 tried my card three times +another time =4 charges because it said denied. So I tried my credit card from a different bank. It worked. Although I thought it was odd that I never received a confirmation in my email. Later I found 3 charges that went through from the first attempt. Then another charge from the second card for $15.98 + $ another charge for $20. I wrote support and this is what they said. “ per policy we do not issue refund but we’ll make an exception just give us a positive review, take a screen shot of it and send it to us then you’ll receive a refund.” I finally did and several emails back and forth and no refund was going to be issued AND I did not get any clothing not only that but tho following they attempted to pull more money from my account. So now here I am warning all of you!!! It wouldn’t even be a refund because I wasn’t returning anything. They are THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!! And still no clothing!
I am truly pleased that the company took the time to review my account, which I was unaware of. They found my name, address, and personal information in their records. I reached out for clarification, and they carefully examined the situation from my perspective. It has now been resolved, and I am very thankful to the team for their assistance.
I placed an order and was charged, but never received anything. Then, the company attempted to charge my account for something else I was unaware of and did not approve. Since I never received my original order, I will not allow any further charges to my account.
The representative who handled my case was pleasant and successfully closed it, issuing a refund. However, it's crucial for the service to clarify that customers are not actually purchasing a TV for $10 and that it won't be delivered to their home. That’s where the misunderstanding occurred.
