I bought chairs for my kitchen. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first, wondering about a product I'd never seen before, but the chairs turned out even better than I expected! I absolutely loved them and was very happy with my order.
I took screenshots because the seller is showing misleading prices for the exact same product. On November 11th, a table was advertised as discounted from a higher price. During Black Friday, the original price suddenly changed, which is not allowed under EU rules for price reductions. This looks like classic fake discounts: artificially raising the price first and then pretending to offer a big deal. Very disappointing and far from transparent. I won’t purchase here and would advise others to be careful.
Ordering went smoothly, and payment was fine, but delivery was not as stated on the website. I ordered 8 chairs and received only 6 on the expected date; the remaining chairs arrived later. I filed a complaint about a stain on one chair but have not received a response yet. The website lists a mobile number that seems invalid, and I faced issues trying to submit a second complaint. Be cautious before ordering.
