I recently bought 30 meters of fencing to secure our garden. We have a rescue dog who loves to explore. I'm very pleased with the fencing. My partner found the installation process very straightforward. We opted for a height of 1.5m since our dog is quite large. We also decided to get some metal rods to reinforce each post, as we were a little worried about their stability since they only go 35cm into the ground. This is especially important with our 34kg dog jumping against them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from the inquiries via email, to the purchase and delivery, and finally seeing the fence in place. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased a 20L tub of eco grit that arrived the next day, but the tub was damaged with splits on the bottom and side. I didn't notice until I had carried it through my home, causing spillage on a new carpet. The packaging was inadequate, with no protective materials or fragile labels. I reached out via messenger but received no response. After contacting live chat, I was told a replacement would be sent. I followed up on messenger and finally got a response indicating I would receive an email. However, the email offered just a new empty container, which was disappointing. I was asked if I opened the box in front of the driver, which is unreasonable. I have now sought assistance from a payment service as the live chat has disappeared and I'm frustrated with the lack of resolution.
