I was on my way to Margate, a mere 200 miles away from home as I had a funeral to attend. Half way, I realised I hadn't packed my trusty black Levi jeans! #menobrain So, I popped into Bluewater shopping centre in Kent. I headed straight for the Levi store as I KNOW my size, I know which style suits me etc. A lovely lady called Ruby offered to help me, I explained my plight and that I was in a hurry...Ruby raced around, fetching me different styles however, I chose to stick with my 724 Skinny High Waist! 🤣🙈 Poor girl had coaxed me into,"boot cut", "straight leg" and yet I chose what I knew, trusty, skinny ones!
When I got to the til I showed my Blue Light Card and was awarded 20% off but then, I gave my email address and was told I have a £30 voucher to use too! What a win! My impulse purchase of necessity, for Ann Wells MBE, 's funeral now had 50% off! I was elated, thanked Ruby and skipped off to continue my adventure to Margate!

This location had the athletic/taper jeans that are often hard to find in stores. They were on sale, which was a nice bonus, allowing me to save around £45 on two pairs. I opted for 32/34 (unfortunately, no 30/34 available), but with a belt, they fit well enough. I'm also very pleased with the staff; they were extremely helpful.
These jeans used to be durable for years, but now they only last about 3 to 4 years due to the poor materials used. They tend to wear out in unusual places, such as above the back pocket and the knees. It's better to invest in a higher-quality brand for better value. I won't be buying these again, as I've faced the same issue with another brand.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The provided UK phone number doesn't work, and the WhatsApp service is entirely AI-driven, leading to endless loops without addressing my questions. The email support also seems automated, as I keep receiving generic responses without any real assistance. It's unfortunate because the products are of good quality, but the lack of effective customer service is inexcusable.
I ordered a door mat, but it was so flimsy it was folded multiple times for shipping. It felt like a cheap imitation, especially considering the £45 price tag. I returned it and am still waiting for my refund. I advise avoiding this product.
The length is excessively long, with no options for those shorter than 6 feet. The quality is surprisingly poor for jeans priced nearly at £100. I'd have been better off with a different brand. While the ordering and delivery were smooth, the packaging was inadequate for a supposed premium product. The buttons and buttonholes were flimsy and poorly made. Definitely not worth the price, even with a proper fit.
