3 hours on hold and still no response

3 hours on hold and still no response. trying to renew my insurance, never got a email for a portal log in for my first year so cannot do it online without paying the setup fee again, and have been on hold for hours and hours and still no reply, starting to think that no one works here the customer service is abysmal.

Tried to renew bike insurance over…

Tried to renew bike insurance over phone, but was in queue for 15 minutes, then had recorded message saying phone lines would close soon, so gave up. Renewed through portal within 5 minutes.

Poor customer service. Not enough staff.

I had an insurance policy that I needed to cancel so attempted to phone Lexham to do so. 5 phone calls , nobody answers after 10 mins or so. I leave my number. No one phones back until late the next day and they leave a message to phone them . What a joke. Get more staff if you need you phones answered. Very poor customer service. I have cancelled via the website. Don't ask for money as it will not be coming your way.

Got 2 bikes insured with lexham

Got 2 bikes insured with lexham, tried calling all day no answer thought i use the online chat, cant quote on chat line ? So finaly used thier website and it doesnt reconise my adrees enen though i have bikes insured through them atthos postcode. Unbelievably bad service. I asked them to call me on the chat line and they said i have to call. Should be called magic roundabout

Called Lexham got a quote for my motorcycle went through the procedure and got it insured. Absolutely happy with the service I spoke to George c. Great to talk to very helpful he’s an asset to the company. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely poor

Absolutely poor. I have been with Lexham for over a year now and had to make a theft claim due to my bike being stolen, and not only was I done over massively with a £600 fee that was a small print in my contract that took me ages to find but I also still haven’t received a pay out. After confirming my amount that I would be payed I have Hurd nothing more and have received no payment whatsoever. So to recap I was done over with a £600 fee that I didn’t know about and haven’t even got the rest of the money! 0/10 would not recommend unless you like a lot of time spent on hold and having your money stolen from you!

I found the company very easy to use

I found the company very easy to use. After buying my 1st motorhome and being 40 and having zero motorhome no claims, i was worried about being able to insure a motorhome. Lexham made it a very easy and relaxing experience. I am happy to say i have now been with them for 2 years and still happy with their service.

40% increase with no logic

40% increase with no logic, reason, or explanation. Very time consuming contact. Had to talk to three people before i got a call back from a "manager" who could tell me nothing. Very frustrating.
