Difficulties reaching support for order issues

My order was delivered incorrectly. I ordered and paid for 4× 1.5 L beverages, but received 4× 0.33 L instead. I attempted to use all available support channels: the help section, app, and website, but each time I encountered the same unhelpful chatbot. There was no phone number or way to escalate my issue to a human representative. The merchant confirmed they couldn’t provide a replacement, and I was directed to the service for a refund. Since I was charged for items not delivered, I believe I deserve a refund for the incorrect charges. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never got it. It seems if the delivery person knows your code, they can misuse it. Unfortunately, the code doesn't change, which is frustrating. I suggest using a different service.

Unresolved order issue

Food ordered but never delivered

I ordered food through the app, but it was never delivered. We were staying at an Airbnb and requested a call, but they never contacted us. I eventually reached them by phone after getting the number from the restaurant, but the support agent claimed we provided the wrong number. Their app doesn’t show our order history or the number we provided. I checked reviews and saw many others with similar issues. I advise using another app.
