I was really looking forward to receiving my methylation test results. After sending in my sample, it got lost, but the company did send a replacement kit. The second sample was tested, and I finally got results. I then ordered vitamins, but after two weeks and numerous emails, I only received them after much delay. My password also stopped working, and I had to call to resolve that issue. The support team seems overwhelmed and unable to handle inquiries effectively. Now, I'm waiting to reorder vitamins and haven't received a response in 48 hours. I left a voicemail, but still no reply. It feels like they don’t value my business. When I complained about the delay, an employee mentioned they were a big company and it wouldn’t matter if I canceled my order, but magically, the vitamins shipped out that same day. They seem to prioritize selling over customer care.
I found the review of my results to be very helpful in understanding my genetic variants. The representative was extremely supportive in addressing my follow-up questions and offered to assist with any further inquiries I might have later on.
This DNA test is simply a collection of generic insights, similar to what you might find in a weekly astrology column. I never received any specific details about my DNA related to the test; instead, it was all vague. They then pressure you to pay $159 for assistance in interpreting their vague genetic insights, which resulted in me printing out 35 to 57 pages of generic information from a supposed test! There was nothing tailored to my submitted DNA! It's concerning how many people need to contact them to 'understand' their results, as these aren’t genuine test results pertaining to me. This is far from reputable...
I'm not very computer literate and couldn't manage the password stuff. they sent in someone who made it easy and now I have confidence that I will get my results. It is hard nowadays for folks who weren't raised with computers but having a healthy body because we grew up with sunshine and softball is a good tradeoff I think. Now I just need to not get Alzheimers
