Issue with Tracking Number

Tracking number: NUMBER. My order was ORDER NUMBER. I haven't received the book, and the postal service indicated it was marked as "Fraudulent" upon arrival at my local post office. They mentioned that the tracking number doesn't match their system. The package is now with "Mail Recovery" and cannot be retrieved. I emailed customer service for a refund but have yet to hear back. Others have warned about issues with this company, and they were correct.
