Did not ship product they keep coming up with excuses. I ordered in the beginning of December now its the end of February. They keep saying that they are going to ship. Now I'm asking for a refund and they are saying after their 10 day holiday that they will issue a refund. Which I don't believe them. Do not order from this fraudulent company.!!!! Buyer be aware.!!!

They sent me something I didn't order. Not even close. Plastic instead of metal, tiny instead of 21 inches tall, squared not cylindrical....and when I asked for the code to send it back they had to contact their factory. they must of sent the question to the factory via a turtle. DO NOT BUY from this site.
I’d give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items. I received 1 that was different than what I ordered and never received the other 2. I emailed them often, and got a complete run-around. They would reply “what is problem?” and never read my last reply or the thread. Starting over every time. I was completely robbed.
Waste of time and money.I ordered 14 days before my hike, and paid extra for express delivery (3-5 days). 2 months after i received a package, with only half my order and not even the ones i needed for my hike.They still have not sent the rest of my order and keep giving excuses.I now have to contact my bank to get my money back.I would call it a scam, but they might just be extremely inkompetent!
Placed an order in August and was immediately charged on my credit card after a month of waiting with no contact from the company I contacted them and they said item was out of stock could I wait longer .I said no I wanted an immediate refund. They said they would do so but as of today 10/13 there is still no refund. Have not heard anything back even though I told them they have stolen my money. I would stay FAR AWAY from this company. Extremely poor customer service a d does not follow up with a promise made
Ordered 4 bubble blowing girl lights on May 5, 2025 after several weeks of continuous contact I was informed they ran out due to high sales and they were waiting for more fine then weeks later they said they only had 2 of the ones I ordered ok then finally they shipped my order which came on September 11 but there was only 1 light the 4 I paid for. I’ve been emailing them they said they sent and I received my order and now I’m not getting any response
