The package arrived quite damaged, which wasn't the fault of the seller, but I attempted to reach out through chat. I shared my email and sent a photo, yet I haven't received any response. All I'm looking for is a replacement tin container for the power source I ordered.
This product is fantastic, though it does come with a high price tag! I'm really fond of version 2 and hope to illuminate my entire city; I just need to save up enough money for it. I've looked into other options, but this is definitely my top choice for brightening up my city.
This kit is a pleasure to work with. The online instructions are clear, and the final result met my expectations. I had some questions for the support team, and they responded quickly, helping me resolve an issue and clarify a few details about the kit. Overall, I would definitely purchase from them again if they have a light kit for another build. I’m excited to start on the retired Colosseum kit, though I wish they had a kit for that one!
Not the best experience overall. I had an older set and found this new version quite challenging to work with. One light cord broke during assembly, damaging part of the display with minimal force, just as suggested by the instructions. It was also unclear how to power the lights during purchase, as the old kit included a battery pack. For the price, I expected better.
