The product packaging took a little beating because of the new tariff regulations. However, the Baker Ross team handled my order with care and professionalism to track it down and ensure it was successfully delivered. And as always the products received are wonderful and will be enjoyed our little STEAM students this holiday season.
I purchase crafts for my autistic son, he really enjoys them…helps calm his anxiety. Shipping was very quick this time. I am extremely disappointed that you are currently not shipping to the USA. Please reevaluate your decision on this. I have been a loyal customer for many years (I order many times a year); please do not punish your customers for a governmental policy decision. Thank you.
The things I ordered were great. However, I got them after Easter and I needed them for Easter. They were in LA late Thursday and I got an email on Friday saying they would not be here until Monday. LA is just over 300 miles from here. It could have been on a plane and to San Jose to send out to Morgan Hill by late Friday or early Saturday. No idea why that couldn't happen.
