The visual novel bundle includes an item that is entirely prohibited in New Zealand. It's been more than 24 hours since I reported this issue and I haven't received any response. I'm concerned that I won't get a reply regarding my refund, replacement, or even an acknowledgment on the support page.
This service took my money and issued me a fake redemption code for digital content. I submitted a support request, but it led me into a frustrating cycle with no resolution. I strongly advise against using this service.
I regrettably didn't redeem my keys right away. When I tried, it said the keys were exhausted, and the support team has been unhelpful. They're asking for transaction details that seem unnecessary, and if it's been over 60 days, they won't issue a refund. It feels unethical to sell something they can't provide, and I wish I had read reviews before engaging with this company.

It’s even more aggravating when a game I need to redeem by a specific date is still available for purchase.
