Bundle includes banned content and no response from support

The visual novel bundle includes an item that is entirely prohibited in New Zealand. It's been more than 24 hours since I reported this issue and I haven't received any response. I'm concerned that I won't get a reply regarding my refund, replacement, or even an acknowledgment on the support page.

This service took my money and issued me a fake redemption code for digital content. I submitted a support request, but it led me into a frustrating cycle with no resolution. I strongly advise against using this service.

Paid for a key but couldn't redeem it.

I regrettably didn't redeem my keys right away. When I tried, it said the keys were exhausted, and the support team has been unhelpful. They're asking for transaction details that seem unnecessary, and if it's been over 60 days, they won't issue a refund. It feels unethical to sell something they can't provide, and I wish I had read reviews before engaging with this company.

High prices with frustrating expiration.

Considering their high prices and constant increases, it's frustrating that my purchased items expire in a year. What if I want the product I paid for? It feels like a scam with self-imposed expiration dates on keys. The service was great before the acquisition.

Keys are frequently out of stock.

This service often runs out of keys for their products without notifying customers when they will be restocked. I've waited months for keys to become available. After half a year, customer service sent me a generic response stating they can't provide stock updates. Their behavior is unacceptable. If they can't supply the keys, then they should refund my money.

Since the acquisition, things have deteriorated.

Ever since the acquisition, the quality has rapidly declined. There's less value for more money, and I even suspect some activities might be questionable. After purchasing, there was a delay in accessing my key, which seemed illegal. When I tried to use the key before the delay, it didn’t work. It took the support team about six days to send a new key, but by then it had already expired. Now, they refuse to provide a valid key. This feels like theft, and they show no concern. They should face consequences for their actions.

Promised products were unavailable.

The products offered on Cyber Monday seemed great, but I was unable to access the deal. It felt like clickbait. The support tickets I submitted were completely ignored, and my valid payment methods were declined. The same cards worked fine elsewhere, where I successfully purchased the products.

Reminder emails have stopped.

There used to be a helpful rhythm with reminder emails about my choices, but those have stopped. As a result, I've been caught off guard with unexpected payments. While I take responsibility for not checking, I wonder why the reminder emails ceased. I've canceled my subscription since I can't afford to waste money on unwanted months.

Frustration over key availability.

I generally like the service, but it's frustrating to receive messages stating that keys are temporarily unavailable. While I understand delays can happen, I’ve paid for numerous games that I can’t redeem right now. It’s even more aggravating when a game I need to redeem by a specific date is still available for purchase.
