All the details I needed on their website including videos to see the product features. I bought a previous bag from Knack 5y ago and I only need a new one because my teenage son wanted my bag. I've used the bag as an overnight bag every weekend during ski season and for 25+ flights. Very convenient and durable. My only complaint has been that I broke the zipper pulls though Knack sent me new ones to have attached.
