I have brought of Lilly seen my girl was born and son 3 neave had problems till this year they are amazing as give me my money back very fast . Alway end email help try sort thing out . I am sad kids get old can’t bye thing her

No order, no refund

Preordered & paid. It was then cancelled and no refund. They said it’s been issued - it hasn’t. It took me about 6/7 attempts to get them to reply. Had to pursue through the bank. They turn their comments off on social media so that people can’t complain publicly.

Takes orders she can't fulfill

Takes orders she can't fulfill, ask for updates on your order/orders get ignored months later still no items, message and email and she makes excuses up demand a refund, she apparently sent refunds, weeks and weeks later nothing in my account, email again she acts like she's never received emails from me before lol contacted my bank they opened fraud claims and then finally got my money back only got it back due to my bank may I add wasn't a refund from this lady. AVOID at all costs.
